Customer Discussions: Pirated software from Marketplace seller- how to handle?

While Amazon closely monitors all offers on the marketplace, if you suspect that you have purchased counterfeit or pirated software, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Contact the seller to request a return and refund. This can be done through the relevant order page in your Amazon account by selecting the “Problem with this order” button then on the “Contact Seller” button.
2. If the seller does not comply with your request or does not respond within 3 days, you may file an A-Z claim with Amazon through this submission form:
