Liberalizing existing rules that allow accessory parking to be used as commercial parking in the Residential and Central Employment zones (sometimes referred to as “shared parking”). For example, this would allow spaces in a private parking garage to be rented by non-users (e.g., Legacy’s staff and patient parking garage).
